Retention period for Personal Data

Blackandgold guarantees that the personal data it collects will be kept in a form that allows you to be identified for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected and processed.

Blackandgold only keeps personal data for as long as is necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force. 

In this respect, customer personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for marketing and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods.

With regard to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, personal data is kept for 5 years after the end of dealings with Blackandgold.

With regard to accounting, personal data is kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting period.
